The series of high-efficiency pulverizers produced by our company are a kind of pulverizer specially used for biomass fuel production and preliminary material crushing. There are two series, single-axis and double-axis, with large output and high efficiency. It can crush wood chips, shavings, grain and plant crude fiber, process fine powder of roughage, etc.

The casing of the series high-efficiency pulverizer adopts a steel plate welded structure, and the body is embedded and sealed to completely avoid dust spillage and ensure a clean working environment.
The motor and pulverizer adopt direct transmission by drum coupling and built-in rotor, so there are no dead corners in crushing and the finished product has a more uniform particle size.
The upper part of the machine is equipped with a magnetic separator to absorb magnetic metal foreign matter in the material and reduce machine damage.
The hammer blades are arranged symmetrically and evenly, with small vibration and no dead ends, and a wide crushing and friction area. Wear-resistant material is added behind the screen and has a large wrapping angle. The hammer blade adopts an independent design and is equipped with special fixings for easy loading and unloading. The blade is treated for good wear resistance and long life.
After balance verification, it can work in reverse.
The operating door is equipped with a safety interlock device to ensure that the operating door cannot be opened when the machine is running.
The force transmission is faster, the wind resistance is minimized, and the fan efficiency is fully utilized. The arc side door makes it easy to observe and replace the screen, and will not cause chaotic wind dust to fly out.
